KSCE, Channel 38 in El Paso, Texas exists by God’s grace for the purpose of preparing the way of the Lord, by broadcasting the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to those for whom He died. (Is. 40:3-5, Luke 3:4-6)
Our Philosophy: Channel 38, Christian Television, is an inter-denominational missionary television outreach with the purpose of evangelizing the lost, edifying the saints, and effecting change in our world.
Our Goals:
I. To reach every home in El Paso, Juarez and Las Cruces, and the surrounding areas with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
II. To provide Biblically based programming as an edifying and alternative viewing choice for Christians and their families.
III. To influence our Southwest area with righteousness and Biblical morality. IV. To produce excellent quality Spanish Christian programs for KSCE and other Spanish stations throughout the United States. V. To uplink Christian programming and make it available, via satellite, to all Latin America, Europe, the 10/40 Window and the Far East in order to reach the millions of souls who have never yet heard the Gospel. VI. To serve as a bridge of love between the Church of Jesus Christ and Israel. (Is. 40:1-2; Rom. 11:31)
Our Methods:
I. Equipment and operation of a strong Christian television station, which broadcasts excellent and appealing Christian programming, reflecting sound Biblical teaching and moral values, in English, Spanish and Arabic languages.
II. Involvement in the community by various means, including the creation of varied programming which targets specific issues and demographics, and sponsorship of community events designed to promote Godly and family values.
III. Operation of a television production facility for the production of a variety of Spanish Christian programs, designed to meet specific, targeted audiences and needs. IV. Operation of a co-operative Spanish Christian satellite network, up-linking Spanish programming over the USA, Mexico, and Central America. This would be done in cooperation with other ministries of like mind and purpose.
V. Leadership in a missionary outreach which would acquire, program, and operate Christian television stations along the US/Mexico border in order to reach as much of Mexico as possible.
